The goal of the Family Finding and Engagement, Kid’s Connection Teams program is to increase the number of foster youth who achieve permanency by developing a practice that promotes early identification and engagement of all family members and potential permanency connections. Permanency includes any established and committed relationship between a child and an adult who will provide support, stability, love, and encouragement.
